Yes. Every paid plan includes normal coaching use of AI scouting, self-scout, and playbook tools. There is no credit math or per-report surprise charge. Automated bulk use and account sharing outside your Program are not included.
One boys, girls, or coed basketball umbrella at a school or club, including its Varsity, JV, Frosh, or age-group Teams on the Program plan. A second gender or a different sport needs a separate subscription.
Yes. Our W-9 is available to download at any time — no account needed — so your business office can set us up as a vendor and issue a PO. We invoice on Net 30 terms and turn your Program on when the PO arrives, so you don't wait for the check to clear. Signed-in coaches can also email the full vendor packet straight to their business office from Settings → Billing.
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so your staff keeps access through the date already paid.
Your existing reports, plays, and games remain readable. New premium generation, collaboration, and branded exports pause. Your raw data remains exportable and you can request deletion.
During your free trial you can invite your whole staff to try it together, free. After that, Individual is a single-coach plan, and Program keeps your whole staff across Varsity, JV, and Frosh at no per-seat charge: head coaches, assistants, statisticians, and team managers. Invite them anytime from Settings → Staff.
We do not currently add sales tax to invoices, so listed prices are what you pay. If that ever changes we'll collect only where we're legally required to, checkout will show the total before payment, and exemption certificates already on file will be applied.
